*Quarter 1: Foundation (November - January)
🔑Focus: Building strength, flexibility, and balance. ✔️ Age-appropriate strength training ✔️Speed Development (acceleration, sprint mechanics, reaction drills) ✔️ Core, posture, and mobility work ✔️ Injury prevention and skill basics 🏆 Why it matters: This phase keeps athletes healthy and sets the stage for safe, long-term progress.
Quarter 2: Power Development (February - March)
🔑 Focus: Turning strength into explosive power ✔️ Plyometrics and speed training ✔️Speed Development (acceleration, sprint mechanics, reaction drills) ✔️ Agility, acceleration, and deceleration ✔️ Position-specific skills 🏆 Why it matters: Athletes will get stronger, faster, and more athletic through power development.
Quarter 3: Movement & Camp Prep (April - May)
🔑 Focus on sharpening game skills and preparing for college summer camps and showcases ✔️ 40 yard dash and Pro Agility ✔️ Position-specific camp drills and training ✔️Recovery and mobility 🏆 Why it matters: Athletes will be ready to shine at camps and translate their training into field performance. This phase will set you up to impress college scouts and recruiters.
Quarter 4: Pre-Season Peak & Recovery (June - July)
🔑Focus: Game readiness, strength and conditioning and recovery. ✔️Fine-tuning skills and game speed ✔️Flexibility and injury prevention 🏆Why it matters: Athletes hit their peak just in time for the season—healthy, sharp, and confident.
