Quarter 1: Foundation (November - January)
Focus: Strength, speed, and movement foundation Build strength, improve speed mechanics, and develop mobility and fundamentals. Why it matters: Creates a strong, safe base for long-term athletic development
Quarter 2: Power (February - March)
Focus: Turning strength into explosive power Build speed, power, and athleticism through plyometrics, acceleration, and position-specific work. Why it matters: Develops faster, more explosive athletes.
Quarter 3: Movement (April - May)
Focus: Camp and showcase preparation Sharpen skills, improve testing numbers, and prepare to perform at camps and showcases. Why it matters: Helps athletes stand out and translate training to performance.
Quarter 4: Pre-Season Peak (June - July)
Focus: Game readiness, strength, and recovery Fine-tune skills, improve game speed, and stay healthy heading into the season. Why it matters: Athletes peak at the right time—sharp, poised, and ready to compete.
