YOUTH TOTAL PERFORMANCE

Youth Athletes (Ages 9–12)
Monday - Thursday: 2x per week 
9 - 10 am or 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Pick the two days that work best in your schedule. 

Focus: Foundation Program (Fun, Fundamentals, and Movement Literacy)
At this age, we focus on building a love for movement and sports through structured play and skill-based training. Our sessions emphasize:

  • Coordination and body control
  • Basic movement patterns (run, jump, land, balance)
  • Agility and Balance
  • Foundational strength using body weight and light weights

This stage lays the groundwork for future athletic development while keeping things fun and engaging.

Middle School Total Performance

Middle School Athletes (Ages 13-14)
Monday - Thursday: 2x (Pick the best two days) or 4x per week 
10 - 11 am or 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Focus: Skill Refinement, Strength Introduction, and Motor Control
Middle school is a critical time to develop proper mechanics before growth spurts and competitive pressures intensify. Our program includes:

  • Speed and agility technique
  • Introductory resistance training (safe and age-appropriate)
  • Core strength and stability
  • Injury prevention fundamentals

Athletes at this level begin learning how to train with purpose and build confidence in their physical abilities.

High School Total Performance

High School Athletes (Rising 9th Graders Age 14+)
Monday - Thursday: 2x (Pick the best two days) or 4x per week
11 am - 12 pm or 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Focus: Performance Optimization and Sport-Specific Training
For serious athletes looking to compete at a high level, we focus on power, speed, and strength. Each program is customized based on sport, position, and individual goals:

  • Advanced strength and conditioning
  • Speed, acceleration, and deceleration mechanics
  • Explosive power development (plyometrics, Olympic lifting progressions)
  • Mobility, recovery, and injury reduction strategies

Our high school athletes are prepared to perform and compete with intensity, intelligence, and resilience.
